Please note that due to the difficult nature of shipping large items, it is not possible to ship framed prints outside of Australia. Instead, you can order your print rolled and have it framed locally.

International Taxes/Duties - Please be advised that prints shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.

Big artwork looks beautiful if your space can carry it. To visualise the size of the artwork in your space, here's a little tip. Simply stick some newspaper or plain paper onto your wall in the dimensions you are considering. This will help you decide on the appropriate dimensions.

Paper prints - Printed on 260gsm museum-quality fine art paper using archival giclée printing for exceptional detail, richness and longevity.

Canvas prints - Printed on premium poly-cotton blend canvas using archival inks for rich colour, sharp detail and long-lasting quality.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details.

Do not hang your framed print in direct sunlight because the UV rays can, over time, ruin your print.

Within Australia - Shipping for unframed and framed prints is complimentary.

Internationally - Shipping for unframed prints is a flat rate of AUD$40

You’ll receive an email from Nancy Louise confirming shipment and from the courier with your tracking number.

Unframed prints are rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.

Framed fine art prints are safely packaged in a custom-made box to protect your finished piece.

All framed and unframed prints are sent via courier.

• Unframed Prints: Please allow 10 business days for your print to be custom printed for you plus an additional 2-5 days for delivery within Australia.
• Framing: Please allow 10 business days plus an additional 2-5 days for delivery within Australia

Once produced, your order will be sent and you will receive tracking details. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas.

Purchases of photographic prints (unframed and framed) are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods by emailing hello@nancylouise.com.au. Please take a photo of the damage and send it with your email.

For Melbourne metro orders glass will be used for all framing orders. If you are interstate or in a rural area acrylic will be used as it is much safer with courier transport, and to avoid breakage. If you would like glass to be used, please contact hello@nancylouise.com.au prior to ordering.

All framing is done locally in Melbourne with Australia timbers in black, white or natural oak.
